“The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, they’re having to ask the staff to get a glass of orange juice seemed ridiculous. Why not just put it out with the rest of the buffet? Our rooms were on the sixth floor, one of us had a great room and the other had a much smaller room with significantly less storage. This was not fair given that we both paid the same. We both had a bad smell in the room (drainage) and although we raised the complaint we are not sure if……

She made arrangements for me to self check in after the front desk was closed because my ferry arrived late at night and she also made arrangements for me to check out and come back later and get my bag and wash up before my flight. “Very nice, friendly staff. Breakfast included, if you find they run out of certain foods, just ask for it. Some building works are going on outside, assume is temporary! Hotel is close to the beach, restaurants, walking distance to the medieval castle, harbour, shopping centre. By bus is easy access to visit different beaches. I would recommend the hotel! ”

“The good: Great value, excellent location, always hot water in the shower, close to bus station and plenty of things in walking distance. Friendly staff and reception always manned and friendly.
