“跟家人選擇入住尼崎因為離好市多近入住當天是位男的實習生接待有用日文跟翻譯禮貌告知我們希望安靜的禁菸房也因為入住六天希望能有好景觀跟家人一起吃宵夜至少能欣賞日本美景沒想到給的完全被隔壁棟完全遮住甚至是有別人的陽台對面實習生要分配這房間也問過其他正式服務員照片就是訂房多日給我們的景觀另一間房間更糟糕這是入住日本有史以來景觀最不佳的一間飯店入住後夜夜被唧唧唧的冷氣聲音吵醒設備不佳景觀更差勁我姊姊的房間抽風機更是壞掉浴室空氣濕度不佳入住第三天我們門口都有貼請勿打擾不用清潔因為起床就出門沒有天天鎖上行李沒想到家人在房間服務清潔人員直接闖入後續詢問她們解釋是櫃檯交代最後第三天因為母親突發狀況醫院發病危通知告知飯店飯店表示因為是透過Expedia下訂一天的房費都不能退已告知何時會退房接下來由於沒有心情繼續行程都在房間休息櫃檯連打兩次電話一直詢問我們到底什麼時候退房真的感覺非常糟糕我們都付費了還有兩天房間使用權也告知服務人員原因跟退房時間一點同理心也沒有尚且不斷打擾顧客這間飯店是永不會再住第二次非常糟糕的服務跟經驗”

“Definitely enjoy a perfect onsen experience here, the hotel provide shuttle bus service anytime and all the staff are polite and helpful, the environment is great and the public bath and the rest zone are very good and surprised me ! A lot of free ice cream and fruits , there a massage sofa too! Really amazing experience here!!!!! The breakfast and dinner really make me feel amazing !!!! Strongly recommend!!!!”

“In the male onsen room, the Korean customers stole my towel which placed on my basket. These customers so noisy and use mobile phone in the onsen changing room but no staff stop them. It makes me feel so frustrated in the onsen room.”
