“The house was clean and very nice in a great location. The stay was great and Anna provided clear, consistent communication. She answered any questions I had quickly and often provided information prior to me asking. I would definitely stay there again. ”

The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the bathroom is updated nicely. We appreciated the little extra touches like syrups for the coffee and assortment of toiletry items. Check in was easy, and host was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again when in the Richmond area!”

“The property was well cared for and very clean. It had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Backyard with fire pit is very cute. There was 6 adults in our party and the house was a perfect size with 2 full bathrooms. Although our stay was in September, it turned out to be a very hot, over 90 degrees, and as the other reviews pointed out the A/C did not work well upstairs ”

“Stephen’s property was perfect for us and only about 25 minutes from the wedding venue. It was super clean and quiet. We only prepared one meal due to wedding activities but the kitchen is well stocked. You can enjoy walks on the private road which is very wooded. One bed was rather high and difficult for a family member to get in and out. Two sofas in the den were very low to floor and difficult to stand up from. Deck is very large and has plenty of space to relax. Bed and towel linens were……
