“The woman who checked us in was wonderful. But they’re doing construction in the lobby area, and there was a jackhammer going the whole time, so we couldn’t really hear what she was saying. Though she tried very hard. The hotel is under construction, which I did not know, and I would not have booked here if I had known. We could not get our shower to go above lukewarm water, which is very distressing after a day of travel, to not be able to shower.The lobby and hallways looked awful. However,……

“Very unfriendly staff Would only take cash for deposit Inspected room on checkout but wanted paperwork signing for deposit BEFORE room was inspected. Clerk on duty said I needed to change my attitude”

“Although the beds were comfortable they were very high off the floor hard to get into for short people 5'6 and I struggled my girlfriend's 5 ft 2 and I had to pull her out of the bed”
