“We made our first trip to the OBX and stayed at this property. Communication with the host was outstanding. It was clean, orderly and well stocked. It had everything you could ever need. Since we were there after Labor Day the roads and beach were not crowded at all, which we appreciated. Definitely recommended and would stay again when we venture back to OBX. Also, since it is in Nags Head it is centrally located and an easy drive to multiple areas.”

“GREAT LOCATION ”

“Great property- had everything we needed. Close to downtown Duck, yet far enough away where we weren’t in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Easy access to Corolla and points South. Located on a private street with access to the beach, a quick 5 minute walk. The pool was a great escape when we needed a break from the hot sand. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could need!”

“We planned at a fairly last minute a stay in the outer banks. The home was welcoming and clean. We found the accommodations to be perfect. What was nice were the personalized touches (it was my wife's birthday and the home was welcoming with birthday wishes). The accessories were fantastic, We are used to bringing our own chairs and bike pumps etc., but we found that none of that was needed. The proximity to both the beach and the central Duck downtown area were fantastic! Thank you Joe &……

“Great property, accommodated 3 nicely. Lots of amenities (bikes, hammock, beach chairs and deck chairs) all very convenient to access. Location was great! Easy access to beach; good views of the ocean which could be heard throughout the home. Initially there was a modem issue which the owner promptly resolved. We were very happy with our choice to stay here!”

“Very cute and clean just a 5 minute walk to beach ”

“Pros: -close to beach- the little path shown in pictures is not how you get to the beach. You walk through A clearing in the bushes and then you get to the paved access road. It’s about a five minute walk. - The beach was not crowded in that area at all. And lifeguards were close by because of the campground next-door. - fairly quiet and secluded. There is another cottage right next-door, but no one was there during our stay. There’s a mobile home community right next to the house, but overall……

“My friend and I loved this little place just a few steps away from several beach access points. The kitchen was well appointed with you might need (except for groceries). NOTE: while it was disclosed several clicks into the property description, we didn’t read that deep to see that bedsheets and towels were not provided. We assumed, based on the price point, that these items would be included. Despite this lack, we would both definitely re-rent This property. ”
