“Place was clean and very quiet. Great location. Only hiccup was the washer/dryer had issues. The washing machine didn't rinse off the clothes fully and it smelled like it was burning after the load was done (it was a small load). Called Vacasa to rectify the issue, and were told that a technician was going to contact us before stopping by. The initial tech showed up with no notice, took some pictures of the make and model, and then left saying another guy was going to stop by in a day or two.……

“The house was perfect! The views, the fun layout, activities and games to play during down times and the location right next to the grocery store was very helpful. We were right next to EVERYTHING but still felt like we were on our own little private vacation on a pond and golf course. We still managed to do all the tourist activities we had scheduled and still loved hanging out in the house playing card games, watching TV, eating leftovers, and watching nature from the balcony. “Very convenient to son and daughter-in-law who delivered baby early on Christmas Day. Necessitated extended stay which was accommodated but key panel code expired and resulted in temporary lock out. Checkin instructions had included directions for accessing lockbox with keys which was never located, even with help of agents. Overall, satisfactory accommodation but kitchen could use a working can opener.”
