“The house was clean, cozy, well organized and convenient for everything we needed. We were so comfortable, the only thing we went out to buy was ice cream. The neighborhood was perfect - far enough from the main highway that we didn’t hear any kind of traffic or disturbances, but still only a few minutes from the beach. The jacuzzi and grill were the cherry on top. We loved our stay and definitely plan to return!”

“Thoughtfully furnished and accommodating, very clean, centrally located. The owners were very friendly, and checked in with us when we saw them. Highly recommend for families with older kids, stairs are fairly steep for younger children. ”

“House was great and actually has 2.5 bathrooms and a gate for the deck area. Only complaints were that both outside hose bibs leak and the indoor floors are very slippery, especially for dogs. There’s also not room for 4 cars, we had two (with one under the house) and had a hard time getting out of the driveway. ”

“Very nice little property in an amazing area. ”

“Perfect location only a block away from the beach and near Booty Treats ice cream. The house is not large, but well-maintained and stocked with all of the essentials. It is evident that the property owners put a lot of thought and detail into the decoration and upkeep of this home. We enjoyed the hot tub and the property already had beach chairs and bicycles. ”

“Really enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean and the location is close to a lot of the restaurants and stores we frequent. The backyard is large and private. It was the perfect space for my pups. Definitely recommend. ”

“Everything was perfect! The host was quick to respond, the home was super clean and the decor was simple but so pretty! We loved our time here!!”

“I want to keep this adorable home a secret but more so I want to say how charming this place is! IMPECCABLY CLEAN! Stocked with everything! Just bring your food! I love the floor plan with the open living and kitchen space. The master bedroom and bathroom is beautiful and you just can't beat the screened in deck out back. Friendly neighbors :) Our host was prompt in responding to our needs. I would 100% recommend this place and we will definitely be back!”

“We came for a long weekend in February. A family of four, perfect size for us, right on the sound with a great view. The hot tub was a great amenity to have and we really liked how close it was to stores and restaurants. We would definitely come back!”

“From placing the booking to checkout, all was seamless. The host was very responsive. Bermuda Bay is great for kids of all ages with their pool & volleyball. The ocean was rough (red flags) while we were visiting, so the pool was wonderful. The home was perfect for our family gathering. I would definitely stay at Salty Escape again & would certainly recommend it to others.”
