“Pictures truly do not do this property justice. It is even nicer and more spacious in person. A former model unit that is beautifully decorated and maintained. It was the perfect location for a winter weekend getaway to the Outer Banks. Even when the weather was bad we were able to curl up around the fire and do puzzles and watch playoff football. And we were so close to the many sites that we wanted to check out including The Wright Brothers Memorial, Jockey's Ridge and Jeannette's Pier. ……

The hosts had a lot of great information available for us - many great restaurant recommendations. Off season at the beach is so magical. I really enjoy the quiet time to reflect at the end of the year. ”

“Lovely views! Spacious. Lots of light. Fantastic view of New Year's Eve fireworks from back deck. Owners very responsive to questions. Easy lock and nice elevator. Great internet access. So many opportunities for sightseeing. Don't go to Hatteras for the next year and a half, though. All paint has been removed from the lighthouse, and it is enshrouded in scaffolding. A 20 million dollar renovation is going on. Stripers restaurant, on site, was excellent. Trio was great for New Year's……
