“My friends and I spent 4 nights at this property and it was the best experience we've had at a rental.It was clean, very well stocked and in a great location. The owners were very responsive and provided very clear instructions. I would definitely book this unit again!”

“ The condo was comfortable, clean, and perfect for our family of four. The rooms gave us plenty of space and privacy. We enjoyed the oceanfront balcony, and beach access was easy. Communication with the host was great! My kids loved the two pools at the property. We would stay here again in the future !”

The setup made everything easy, with the pool just outside and the beach only a few steps away. The location is also excellent, central to all the key attractions in OBX. Communication with the owner was smooth and friendly, and the check-in process couldn’t have been easier. Overall, it was the ideal spot for our trip, and we would absolutely stay here again!”

“Beautiful condo! It’s literally brand new. It was immaculate when we got there. The furniture was great, appliances were brand new, and it was nice and quiet. This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in this subdivision. Stayed in the townhouses twice before. We’re definitely coming back to the condos. I really liked having everyone on one floor. The place just felt more open. ”
