“I reserved a week and a half before my trip, asked about early check in at time of reservation and the day before the actual trip. Drove all the way to Conyers, Ga from South Florida with my family (3 kids and a baby) only to find a family in the property that I booked. They were nice enough to give me a number to reach the host and property manager. When I finally spoke to the host all she had to say was very nonchalantly “ the girl who does the reservations doubled booked the property we will……

“This is a well equipped house. Manager was very responsive to questions and accessible. ”

“The property doesn’t exist. Confirmed by customer support who called the “owner” and they had no idea what vrbo even was. Then they booked me in a 2 star hotel for only one night AND it was a smoking room. To to bottom the WORST experience I’ve ever had during traveling. Now I get an email from support saying the owner confirmed I stayed at the location THAT DOESN’T EXIST. 0/10. You owe me money”

“We are an Army family that was in transition to another duty station in another state. We had just sold our home in Ola and needed a temporary place to stay for our OMS and OHS kids to finish their semester. This property was perfect for our needs and ideally located. The street is a cul de sac and there is a large green space right beside it. It was quiet and cozy, and our neighbor next door was very sweet and friendly too. I recommend this property to anyone!”

“It was a nice place, with a beautiful deck the decor in the house was nice everything matched perfectly. The issue was there is a set of train tracks in the back of the house and the train runs every 30minutes to an hour. Also there was renovations going on at the house in front of the home that we were in so workers were there almost everyday, so there was no privacy. Also I planned to sit and have a meal with my family on the deck and on that very day, people that were working on the house……
