“The house fit our needs perfectly. Having the golf cart included was wonderful. We really only got to use it one day because the weather didn't cooperate and rained the rest of the time. We didn't let that dampen our girls' trip. Highly recommend, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed.”

We picked this place for its location and conveniences to the center of town and surrounding businesses.The check in process was easy and had no difficulty with access to the rental or using the amenities. The only problem we encountered was the keurig machine was broken. We let the host know and they replaced it within 24hrs with a brand new keurig. Our host was responsive and very pleasant. Should have been provided without having to request the info every time we realized a new thing was not communicated. (Check-in procedures, where to park, WiFi information, etc) The location is good but that’s it. We stayed 10 minutes before determining that this place was completely unacceptable. “Pros: Victor was a great host with quick response. The townhome was very spacious and close to shopping centers. Cons: It can use a little TLC on cleaning. Wasn’t a big deal, there were cleaning supplies there to get the job done but with cleaning fees it should already be cleaned. I have OCD so I was going to clean regardless. If in the area again I will be sure to book.”
