“Location was convient as the side by side trail passes in front of the rental,Perfect area also if you just wanted to go canoeing, relaxing in front of the outdoor fire pit.The cottage was modern and beautiful.The downside , not kid friendly .For a weekend or week getaway, it’s perfect for a group of adults, I would give it a 10/10”

“We had a really great stay at this property. Beds were comfy, lots of different seating areas outside, and the beach / shallow water was perfect for kids. We loved using the kayaks. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. A little construction noise that he warned us about but it didn’t bother us at all. The privacy of the property made it extremely quiet otherwise. “From walking in the door and being welcomed by a message on a chalk board to the relaxing zen of the fireplace on. Fire pit stock to relax outside by the river . To the kitchen with all you need to make any meals. Absolutely adored this home and all it has to offer ! Hosts are near by if you need anything is friendly. Thank you ”

“We really enjoyed this comfortable cottage. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The lake was beautiful and calm making kayaking easy. Bring your own water shoes to enjoy the lake but if you forget there are some available in the cottage. Great WiFi so perfect for work and play.”

“A cottage well equipped to make meals, enjoy sunsets in porch without worry of mosquitos, equipment for folks who enjoy water sports. However, no TV coverage, only WIFI so evenings , if not folks who enjoy doing games, watching DVDs, evenings can be boring. Toilet usage can be a bit troublesome if a large group as takes time for removal of wastes via toilet. Overall, for us, it met our needs. ”

“We stayed for 15 days in May, where the weather was still a comfortable cool. Amazing cottage with lots of windows and ceiling fans. Also, one of the few places that was spacious for a wheel chair/disabled folks. This is key, as there aren’t much places that cater for this. I’m not sure if this was intentional, but it worked well for me! Annick the host was very communicative, pleasant, willing to provide what we needed and respected our privacy.
