“The host is very responsive and the cabin is perfect for a nature getaway. Beautiful wildlife and hiking trails nearby.”

“We were in town to visit relatives and needed some spare bedrooms and bathrooms so this house fit the need. Only disappointment was the outside grounds seemed unkept (grass was tall, full garbage collection bins left in driveway interfering with being able to park our cars. We managed but it would have been nice”

“I need to be reimbursed immediately! I booked this over 6 weeks ago and found out when I tried to check in that the property manager "wasn't aware" and others were staying. In addition to getting reimbursed, I should also get something else as I was left without a place to stay.”

“I've stayed in pretty much every highly rated rental home in the area over the last 4 years and this is by far the best. Unlike most rentals, they did a very high end remodel on this one. The flooring, fixtures, appliances, beds etc. are all really high quality. The kitchen is the most well supplied we've ever come across. The decor is a bit funky but the house is spotlessly clean. Eric was a pleasure to deal with and the check in check out process was a breeze... I just wish it was around……

The house was located within 10 minutes of U of I and was more spacious than a hotel room. The owner allowed us a late check-out, which was very nice since my son's last game wasn't until 2 p.m. on the day of checkout.”
