“From the first communication with Shari, I knew this would be a good visit. What I didn't realize was how magical the experience would be. Shari welcomed us to the house and gave us a bit of history. It was the perfect setting for celebrating the Christmas holidays with family: my son and daughter-in-law, their newborn son, my elderly in-laws, and my DIL's parents. Many happy memories were made in this historical house on the river. It was a visit we will never forget!”

“The neighborhood was nice and house was as advertised. We cooked and used the grill and enjoyed visiting in gathering area with friends. We had a small plumbing problem with the house and the owners very quickly responded and fixed the problem. Would be glad to stay with them again.”

The heat did not work at all, no matter how high I turned it up and I couldn’t even heat up my food in the microwave because that didn’t work either. “There were 5 women staying two nights for a local women's conference. The house was very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and felt quite safe. I would have been comfortable taking a walk around the house alone had I had time! The town is so cute, too. Everything was in good repair and looked just like the pictures online. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. It was a lovely place to stay. ”

“We stayed here while visiting nearby family over Christmas time. The house was large enough for our family of 6 and there was a very nicely equipped kitchen. It was very close to several restaurants in the area. The park across the street was all decorated for Christmas as was the house and that was great! Because it was winter, the downstairs bathroom was cold and we wished it had a heater. The shower was very large in that bathroom and so we wanted to use that one for our special needs……
