“Overall we had a great stay at this property. However, I do think this property has some room for improvement. Communication with the owner, instructional videos, etc. were all great. However, when we arrived at the house the floor was covered in dead bugs. Clearly they had just sprayed (appreciated!) but no one came by to clean up before guests arrived. We had a large group, 6 adults and 4 kids; there were only 5 bath towels in the whole house (frustrating). Also, good luck relaxing in the……

“Lisa was amazing! She is extremely responsive and very helpful. She went out of her way to recommend restaurants and local events she thought we might be interested in. Everything was clean. The backyard is ENORMOUS and the dogs loved it! The only issue we had was we have small dogs, so we were concerned that some of the gaps in the fence would allow our little ones to escape. I mentioned it to Lisa and her husband came over immediately and permanently filled the gaps so our little ones were……
