“15 of us came out and stayed a week to celebrate a 60th birthday party. The drive out from Athens was smooth with some twisty mountain roads. The house was lovely and exactly as seen in the images. The view and the pool were everything we could hope for. We were disappointed the coast road north of the villa was closed and "may" be reopened sometime in 2025. It made all the northern beaches about an hour drive through the mountains. However the towns south of the villa (Rovies and Limni) were……

“Die Einrichtung wirkt auf den ersten Blick vielleicht kitschig. Aber alles in allem ist "Bird" eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Es ist für eine Ferienwohnung bestens ausgestattet. Es wird täglich der Müll geholt, das Bett gemacht und regelmäßig Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Haus ist an einem steilen Hang und darum ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Der Weg zu Fuß ist aus meiner Sicht zu beschwerlich. Der Pool ist phantastisch und die Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang war jeden Morgen phänomenal.……

“After a challenging 12 months we needed time to rest and recover. Villa Fairytale delivered in every respect. The property is designed to make the most of its location overlooking the Gulf of Evia. The open plan living area looks out over the mountains and sea as does the pool and terrace. We spent hours getting lost in those views!
The villa has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet aircon units and mosquito screens on the French windows which meant we could enjoy the breezes……

“Staying in this house was an absolute blessing. It must be the most beautiful house on the island, nestled in the middle of a pine forest with a stunning view. Poulcheria, the host, was incredibly helpful—always available to assist us, whether with arranging boat transfers or renting a car. “After a bit of confusion locating the villa, we were met by our host with a very big welcome. We were shown around the villa and given contact details in case of any problems. “If you can’t climb over 5 flights of stairs request a lower room! The view was amazing. Breakfast was awesome and they provide a laundry service for a fee but worth it as they fold it all and have it ready for you at the end of the day! Very helpful and friendly! ”

“Fantastisk bra hotell rett på stranden. Hyggelig og rolig stemning på hotellet, virkelig et sted å slappe av. Maten var særdeles god, spesielt en Italiensk restaurant.
