“The home was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed along with a small fenced in backyard with a grill. The host was prompt in his replies. The house is also close to downtown Grand Fork, restaurants and UND. ”

“Larry the property manager was great. Top floor condo with elevator made things scenic and convenient. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great sizes. Water pressure in showers was an issue first morning but not the second. Didn’t use the kitchen but there’s a nice island with sink, huge fridge/freezer. Seating area was smaller but worked for us. Nice outside balcony. Would highly recommend.”
