“It is a beautiful stay deep in the jungle. It's on the far end of Santa Teresea, but close to great restaurants like Nami. You will absolutely need an ATV to get to this hotel. If you are afraid of driving ATV's, then this stay isn't for you. I got used to the drive up the hill to get to the stay, but at first I was scared. Overall, it was a great experience. Very quiet so if you're looking to meet people, this isn't the place. ”

“We have stayed at Fuego several times and will continue to come back as it is the perfect paradise. Beautiful place to stay, delicious breakfast, yoga, a beautiful pool and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very walkable to many restaurants, all beaches and even shopping. Highly recommend!!!”

“The stay at the villa was wonderful, a very short walk from the sea, private parking, from the balcony you can see a lot of green views and treetops. The personal pool was perfect and the hospitality of the owner was great. The house itself is very beautifully decorated and located in a very quiet area. “Absolutely loved our stay at Nantipa. Their staff is all amazing and so attentive. They truly care about their customers & every interaction we had with them was pleasant. They day we arrived it was my husbands birthday, they had a mini birthday cake waiting for us in our room. The day we were leaving they left us a little gift in our room & even offered to pack a breakfast box to go since we had to leave really early In the morning. “Amazing views and the terrace with the jacuzzi is absolutely worth it. Daily cleaning with fresh towels, coffee/tea refills, and everything left spotless. The bed was super big and very comfortable. They even left us a complimentary bottle of wine. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, both via WhatsApp and in person. The road is steep but manageable with an SUV (no 4x4 needed), and walking takes just 7–10 minutes. We loved that it’s away from the busy center—much more peaceful……

“It’s one of the least expensive options for staying in town in Santa Teresa but still a lot of money for no hot water or seating options besides hard benches or hammocks. Staff was mostly very nice. I don’t recommend the evening yoga session if you’re easily distracted by noise and people gathering below to use the outdoor kitchen to make dinner also making it hard to hear instructions. Santa Teresa built up too fast during COVID and walking on the very narrow main road is often times……
