“Todo iba super bien con la atención y servicio hasta que en el 2do día llegue por la noche y el baño estaba sucio, no lo asearon y el sanitario lo dejaron algo sucio mostrando que lo habían utilizado. A la cama solo le pusieron el edredón por encima sin haber acomodado primero las sábanas. La habitación olía a humedad.”
