“Small but cozy and very functional one bedroom apartment. Nice kitchen with very nice appliances. Sitting area comfy. Bathroom well stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Very clean. Directions for where to park very straight forward. Check in easy. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Husband, 12 yr old daughter and myself stayed in #3. Very easy access to everything, so it’s a great location. Accommodations were good for coming and going while visiting Duluth. Everything we needed was available. Lots of linens. Comfy bed and couch. Pillows are very full and stiff so bring your own if that’s a preference. ”

“This property was good for an overnight in Superior and a far better option than any hotel, especially for the price. The neighborhood is quiet. However, this is a lower level unit and there were people staying in the upper unit with heavy footing, which was quite loud in the middle of the night (not much for sound barrier between the two units). In addition, this is an older property and pretty drafty.Overall, we thought it was very clean, liked the modern furnishings and the location was ideal……

“It was a very nice little place, the neighborhood was a little rough, but nothing unreasonable. My only complaint was given a garage parking spot which was labeled for our unit however a truck was parked in that spot the whole trip, would like parking to be available when said it was. However there was an outside spot available. ”

My dad and I stayed in this spacious 2 BR for a family visit to Superior and made ourselves at home on the cozy couch, dinners in and felt warm during a sub-zero week in February. A few highlights: very comfortable beds, clean, and quiet.Taylor and Madison were very responsive to all of our questions.”
