“We booked this stay 3 months out, was emailed confirmation, communicated with host about questions we had, and received a checkin email the day prior to our stay. We arrived around 6:30om and the host was not expecting us, left us standing on the porch to come out 10 minutes later and tell us her assistant double booked and she didn’t have a room for us. “We booked this last minute and didn’t know what to expect. It was our first time to the area. We were pleasantly surprised. The room/condo was right in the beach with beautiful views of the ocean from our deck. Only a few steps away from the beach. The tennis/pickleball court was in excellent condition, with good equipment! We did have to buy our own pickleballs (not a big deal)and enjoyed it every day. “The time was right. The weather was great. The skies were clear. Amazing to look down the beach, then up the beach, and see no one else. Then, look up and see the stars were ablaze. No light noise. Wonderful.”
