“We only stayed for one night but the property is magnificent. Communication with the host was flawless. Multiple texts detailing the procedures for checking in. Use Apple Maps for accurate directions. It’s a bit off the beaten path. Host sent a link for google maps. Google maps will not take you there. The price is my only negative with this property.”

“We called the management to tell them that the reservation was for two nights, not one. They told us they had already rented ours for the following night and gave us a lesser room for the two nights, but for the same charge. BTW there did not appear to be anyone staying in our original room! This place is at least 20 minute drive from Port Angeles partially up a one lane dirt road. No food nearby, so travel to Port Angeles for meals. It is a hotel room, so no way to prepare food. Tripped……

“This property was wonderful. Yes, it’s a great novelty to stay in a caboose. But the interior design was beautiful, and surprisingly spacious. “You wouldn't think that the quality of the build would matter - but this house is well built - no squeaks, everything fits and opens/closes perfectly. It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It made for a cozy stay that made it easy to get to hiking in the area. Dena was a kind and attentive host, and we can't wait to come back!”
