“This is the second unit I have stayed in that is managed by Vince. Like the other unit, I found this unit to be clean, had plenty of extra towels, a minimally stocked kitchen for cooking. Vince was very fast at replying to my messages and letting me into the unit. I enjoyed my stay. ”

“Had great communication with host and very easy check in process. Place was clean and had great amenities. Cute kitchenette with full size fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster which definitely came in handy when it came to saving money on food! Parking close to building could be hard to find at times but worst case scenario you’re only walking 5 minutes around the corner. Neighborhood was nice, felt safe, quiet and only a 6 minute walk to the nearest coffee shop and 20 minutes away from……

“Easy check in/out process! The location was great, not too far if you’re trying to visit pikes market. The only downfall was that they did not have AC in the unit so during the day it got pretty warm with the natural sunlight. Overall definitely worth the views! ”

“Very clean, great communication with property management. The only negative thing I have to say is there was a pair of dirty socks and a pet harness under the bed in the master bedroom. Otherwise, the property was extremely clean. The noise from the airport was very minimal. I would suggest a sign indicating where guests should park to avoid confusion and problems. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.”

“Property location is conveniently located to many walkable attractions and unit has most of the amenities one would need. Bed is decent. Checkin process is confusing if you've never been there before, checkout process is a bit cumbersome if you have a vehicle since you need to leave the parking tag and remote to get out of the garage inside the unit before you leave. Only one key and fob is provided so coming and going at different times may be a challenge if your party doesn't stay together. ……

“Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! It’s a cute little property with everything I needed, the other guests were quiet and respectful as well. It’s in a great location with many restaurants and bars nearby and even a grocery store which was very convenient. Host was extremely communicative and let……
