“Very clean and decorated perfectly as a lake house. The kitchen was very well equipped, even having spices for cooking. The beds were comfortable and made with high quality bedding. The property has Internet, cable TV in every bedroom and the living room. The backyard has a large grassy private lawn and covered porch with plenty of seating, a propane grill and fire pit and private access to the lake. Portage lake is dreamy -- perfect for paddling. We hope to return next year for a longer……

“Our recent 8-night stay at the Echo Lake Cottage was an absolute delight! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to Jana and Tammy our Host’s prompt and friendly communication. They even allowed us to check in early after a long drive, which was greatly appreciated. “We stayed here during a motorcycle trip and it was a great location. Because there are 2 main streets close by there is the sound of cars driving past, but that didn’t disturb us at all. The house is charming, and very comfortable for our group of 4 adults.”
