“The house was very clean and the instructions were perfect. There was plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The gas log fireplace was perfect since it was cold and rainy. ”

In the diner area we had more than enough space to ring in the new year and spend quality time together. The rooms were clean and the themes were very cool. The game room was a huge hit with kids and adults alike! Pete was the best host! He was very accommodating and willing to assist with any odds and ends. We will certainly be returning to Medley Manor! ”

“Lovely setting overlooking the Illinois river. Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and seating for our family reunion. The fireplaces indoors and outside were great. We loved the piano, which was in tune, for our sing alongs. And the large deck outside was wonderful for enjoying morning coffee and bird watching on the river. The water supply is from a well so bring bottled water for drinking and coffee making if you don‘t like the heavy iron taste of well water. Make sure to catch sunset over the river.”

“This Cozy Cottage was the perfect place to stay near Peoria. I was in the area for a conference at the Peoria Civic Center and was glad I was able to save on money by not staying in a hotel. The property is only a short 15 minute drive to downtown. The home was very clean and well decorated.”
