“Our stay at Somerville House was excellent. Sheila and Steve were very welcoming and provided everything to make our stay comfortable. The breakfasts were absolutely first class, the beds were extremely comfortable and the room had plenty of storage space. The beautiful garden was quiet and colourful with plenty of garden tables and chairs to use and a large canopy for shade which Steve put up for us. “A comfortable and enjoyable stay. Room was clean comfortably and so cosy! We were made to feel so welcomed and they kindly accommodated a veggie breakfast for us. The breakfast was lovely with fresh foods and lots of local produce to choose from. We even got a tour of the place! Would highly recommend a stay here. ”

“Good value for money. Excellent food and a good location for visiting the surrounding areas. Pleasant staff and plenty of free on site parking. Only negative was road noise so would recommend ear plugs. Would stay again. ”

“When we arrived a notice said we could order logs for the hot tub but on contacting the person he was away until the following week so a bit disappointing Also it stated shampoo body wash etc would be available but we had nothing The overall experience was brilliant just a couple of little tweaks needed ”
