“We stayed for 3 nights and it was wonderful! We loved it. Staff was very friendly, food was good, got to see plenty of animals from our room! But be prepared to pay more money by the end. Considering how much we paid for the room, we would’ve thought the airport transfer should’ve been included for free, but nope. $200 each way. That is very expensive. Also, they charge a national park fee daily. We had to pay an extra 1.2K. Just an FYI. But we enjoyed everything. ”

“The worst part that hotel does not help with transfers, even though its only 6 min drive from Seronera Air Ship. while in Tanzania people should know that they trying to scam everywhere, Therefore strongly recomended to use and organize the trip via trusted services. Contacted hotel few times regarding transfer, they never reply. the only message they sent that aboultvtheir constant concession fee and entrance to the park . which yhey charge per day not per entrance. ”

“Ok experience. Nothing more and nothing less. Two Norwegians pretty used to comfort and good accommodations, and this wasn’t all the way as expected at this price level, even though it’s Serengeti. The staff were very bad in English, so we found ourselves lost in translation very often. Which made planning a safari a bit of a challenge. However, our safari guide was fantastic. The food was ok, but variety was not good at all. The worst: This hotel is MUCH more expensive than they disclose……
