The young chef made meals that were consistently tasty. Rashid the Camp manager was a charm and excellent host. Highly recommend this place. ”

“This hotel did not feel like a 4 star hotel at all. Rooms are outdated, beds uncomfortable and food is very mediocre, not very varied and you feel as it is being rationed out. Their packed lunch boxes are very meager too, and of top of that not even fork and knives were provided to eat the meat. But what really was bad was that they stopped the generator at night until 5am, without any previous notice or warning to guests. Suddenly, I had no internet, no phone and no flashlight in the room. ……

“The customer service was out standing. They were on top of each and every thing asking several times how they could help me and how did I sleep and how did I like my dinner. The food was incredible. I was escorted to and from dinner each night. They helped me make phone calls to be sure I would be picked up from the airport to my next hotel. Wonderful. Wonderful Wounderful”

“The worst part that hotel does not help with transfers, even though its only 6 min drive from Seronera Air Ship. while in Tanzania people should know that they trying to scam everywhere, Therefore strongly recomended to use and organize the trip via trusted services. Contacted hotel few times regarding transfer, they never reply. the only message they sent that aboultvtheir constant concession fee and entrance to the park . which yhey charge per day not per entrance. ”
