The lodge manager Dismas simba did not say anything sorry and do not care if i post the experience to other places. i filed the case in local police. police is going to investigate and ask them why all the cctvs failed to work just during the time of theft.”

“This was a splurge reservation at the end of our ten days in Tanzania. What a treat that was-especially after struggling with Internet and other “missing” items at other properties. Everything about the Neptune property was first rate from the furnishings to the food to the convenience and the staff. Yes, the price point was higher than we normally spend but truly if you get what you pay for, the price seems justified. At Neptune we received what we paid for and then some!”

“This company is completely untrustworthy. We had one night reserved here and two night at another of their properties. We wanted to stay at this property for an extra night, and cancel the first night at the other property. Everyone told me this would be fine - the staff at this hotel, the staff at the second hotel, and their main office staff. “This place was a special place for us. The team at Karatu really were special who did out of their way to provide for us when there were issues, and when the first room seemed to have issues (shower drainage, bee hive on the roof, urine smell) they quickly changed the room to a better closer room, and always were helpful in arranging or finding different solutions for transportation issues etc. The place is located 2 hours from Arusha, and around 30 mins from the main gate for Ngorongoro crater.……
