“Our safari at Lorian was absolutely outstanding and epic! It was small and very personal, with amazing service and food. We were blown away having gourmet dinners and meals cooked personally for us while in the "back country", overlooking a river with hippos, and right in the safari country. Betty was our game driver and was amazing. She was constantly on the phone with other drivers tracking what animals were where. We saw a leopard with a kill up in a tree, a lioness take down a wildebeest,……

“David and his team were exceptional! All meals were delicious and prepared fresh by their chef. Very close (5-7 minute) to the gate park! They have so many add on features including a champagne breakfast within Maasai Mara National Park…They also have photography options to capture your moments. Very accommodating and friendly staff. The bathrooms and kitchens can use some revamping but David is constantly making improvements to the space. Looking forward to staying here again. ”

“This place is awesome! The tented structure was awesome and the bathrooms attached to each structure were modern and clean. After just a few short hours of being there, the Maasai guards knew who we were and where our tent was. At night when it was dark, they would walk with with us shining a light to make sure we could see. The food was 10/10. “Massively impacted by rain floods which made main road leading to and fro the lodge near to impossible to navigate on or over. Rivulets and erosion break offs. Staff dedicated and committed, food varied and 3-meal buffet style offered plenty of choices. Accommodation naturally rustic and 'hut-like' as one would expect and seek out on a Safari tour. “This hotel is a very old.I can understand it had its history since 1965. I respect the history but It is obvious that they had never renovate or make improvement to their rooms! The maintenance inside the room is very bad (e.g. paints falls out and cracks, spider webs all over corners).Mosquitos' corpse sticked on the nets in the toilets and windows which are disgusting! The "new" plastic toilet bowl cover is stabbing your back (because it cannot be opened widely to 90 degree as usual!) It was……
