“We booked this lodge almost a year ago. It is a new and there were no reviews at the time of booking. We arrived at 1330 and we were not able to access our room until 1400. Once we entered the room the temperature was well over 90F/32C. There is no fan in the room. There are two small windows in the rear, however there is no screen to keep the bugs out. When we went to the front desk to request a portable fan were we told none were available. We ended up sitting outside the room until 1800. We……

“Horrible service. Did not stay due to a missed flight and poor communication with the property. Contacted the property multiple times over months with the same request and they rarely if ever responded. When I contacted them about missing my flight they had the audacity to inform me that I "only booked for 1 person" which contradicted my many emails and the hotels.com booking for 1 room with 2 adults. “最高でした。アフリカのセレンゲッティ国立公園横の大草原の中であんなに快適に暮らせるとは想像もしませんでした。スタッフさんの教育がものすごくよく行き届いていて、日本よりサービスレベルが高いぐらいです。お料理もびっくりするぐらい美味しいし、お部屋もプールもものすごくキレイだし、トイレもキレイで水の流れもまったく不安がないです。最高の宿を見つけられてラッキーでした。ぜひオススメします。”
