“Rupert very friendly and helpful. Comfortable lounge and bedroom, working aircon, well equipped kitchen and shower room. Noisy outside at night (adjacent bars, restaurants and clubs) but double windows shutters and air con keep the noise down. Nice small balcony to sit out on in morning, in full sun in the latter part of the day. Really great to have taxi arranged for airport in both ways. Good supermarket just up the street.”

“This compact apartment has everything you need for a holiday rental. It is very well equipped, nicely furnished and has 2 bathrooms as well as a lovely sunny terrace. The location is 20 minutes walk from Marbella centre so car hire is only necessary if you want to explore further afield.”

“We stayed here 5 nights. The balcony was amazing especially in March. It had direct sunlight and was protected from the winds. We spent a lot of time out there. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking. The location was perfect & walkable. Rupert, the owner, was easy to communicate with. Suggestion for improvement- the property needs all new linens. New sheets, bath towels & beach towels and provided kitchen rags & towels. They were all miss matched and very old. Lastly - if you value……
