“We stayed in a superior double room. Upon arrival we were made to feel very welcome with a message record before we arrived, welcome drinks and personal service to the room. The room was great, very comfortable and nice views / balcony. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the lack of tea / coffee facilities in the room. They are available from the hallway in the house, but this is not convenient nor was the water in the kettle / coffee machine refilled regular enough. That being said we……

“The only thing I can ask to be reviewed is the communication between the property and the customer. This is especially important when you are checking in after the check in closure time. That was the only thing I could fault.”
