“The property sits close to a major road (traffic noise & visible) and there's a trailer on the property that was occupied (rental or other?) making it not private at all (you can easily see other houses too). The cost was moderate to high and Evolve was difficult to work with when trying to cancel or reschedule (due to an emergency issue). No refunds and no bending policy. Owner was nice and easy to get along with, but primary contact was Evolve (definitely don't recommend any bookings managed……

The firepit was really nice as well. The hosts were there whenever we needed any help. They treated us like family instead of guests. They even puppy sat for me while my son and I went to ride the blue ridge train. We loved the sauna and cold plunge, disc golf and hiking trails. The bathhouse was nice and……
