“House was clean and in an excellent location for going all over North Georgia and parts of North Carolina. Traveled to several waterfalls and to Fields of Wood just outside of Murphy, NC.Does need a little bush trimming and trees trimmed to see the lake view better.”

“What a wonderful house in a beautiful, shady, friendly neighborhood a brief walk from the beach. This house had sponges, toilet paper, dish towels and soap! They had everything one needs to make family meals and just feel comfortable. The 2 kayaks and paddle board lakside were a delightful bonus. Thank you!!!”

“Location was easy to get to and close to Murphy and all surrounding stores. House was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. Property was really nice and the sound of the river was very soothing. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Take a flash light for letting dogs out at night. Although house and property itself are well lit, everything to the right and left of house is very dark. Everything needed was provided (linens, TP, paper towels, dishes, espresso and regular coffee machines, toaster,……

“The location was fabulous with easy access to the river. We took a 1 1/2 hour kayak run using the owners kayaks and ending right at the house. Fabulous! The interior was the cleanness we’ve ever experienced with any short term rental. The decor is not our style. There was a lot of what we think is excess furniture and decor items. The location right on the river and cleanliness of the interior including no dust even on all that decor made it well worth the slight nuances with the dated……

“The Martin river house is a true gem! Bryn is an incredible host and she made every aspect of our stay special. The decor is stunning and comfortable. From the soft sheets, comfy beds, gorgeous finishes and fully stocked kitchen, no detail has been missed. Bryn has excellent communication skills and made us feel right at home. The house is sparkling clean. We enjoyed listening to the river each morning over a cup of coffee on the gorgeous deck and then ending the day relaxing in the hot tub.……

“Beautiful home, comfortable beds, this home is well stocked with just about anything you could think you might need and many things I would not have thought of but was glad they did! Loved the sound from the waterfall from the screened in porch, I spent every morning out there enjoying my coffee and listening. We found many local things to do and we took a day trip to Chattanooga which was fun. Thanks for hosting such a lovely property!”
