Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately. ”

“想住巴黎郊區一點，才選了這間公寓式酒店，不過領教一次就好，地毯的味道很臭，水管不通跟服務人員說，她竟然拿出一把通馬桶的叫我自己通，實在沒辦法我也只好試試，打開廚房的流理台下方櫃門，一看便知道這水管曾換過，而且地毯惡臭肯定就是過去水管不通造成的，沒想到這旅館經營者只為賺錢謀利，把這間問題超多且都留著不管的房間繼續出租，難怪廁所門也被人踹破，窗簾拉軌被扯歪，沙發快被拆爛，還有地毯被燒出好幾個黑色的痕跡。寫這麼只是要告訴大家，要選這間旅館可能必須忍受的情況，請慎重考慮！”

“Lovely old house converted to a hotel. Restaurant is focus but was closed when we were there. Rooms are clean and practical. Bathroom quite small, but ok. Grounds are lovely.”

“The room was beautifully decorated and the bed very comfortable. Clare was an excellent masseuse at the spa which was fantastic. The food from room service and from the bar was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful especially Max. Overall I loved our stay and make sure to use the spa as you get 1.5 hours complimentary each day of your stay. ”

There was a slight issue with the staff trying to charge me an extra 600 euros upon check out that was never mentioned, but I assume it was a mistake or a new staff member. Over all it was a pleasant stay. ”
