“If you're looking for a genuinely historic Marfa experience, this is the place! In fact, we had no idea of the history of this hotel and the movie "Giant". It was all very interesting, and it wasn't until we checked out that the clerk noted we had stayed in the very room James Dean stayed in during the filming. For its age, this hotel is beautiful inside and out, although the rooms and bathrooms are small by today's standards. Our room even had a (very) small balcony, but the view from it……
