“The property was wonderfully decorated and initial supplies plentiful. A very quiet and peaceful experience. The location provided a unique change from our normal flatland home.
The only negative involved the loss of internet connection and the contact number provided in the guide for reporting issues did not elicit a response. The outage proved to be a system problem beyond the control of the host. ”

“The Maverick greatly exceeded expectations. The room was truly excellent and spacious. Well stocked with things a first class hotel would have. Very convenient location. The maverick will be our default stay every time we're in Alpine...my home town (AHS '64 &. SR '68). We were glad the Holland Hotel was available until 8 pm for checkin, as we were rushing and would have missed the 7pm noted on the Maverick paperwork. First night fans were a noise problem, however, the cleaning crew had already……

“High Frontier is located in the beautiful Davis Mountains in West Texas. It is fairly new. We had extreme privacy. We never saw anyone else during our stay. Various amenities on the property were still under construction but useable. My family had a blast. We only regret we were not able to stay longer. ”
