“Pet friendly”

“The breakfast was okay (a little lacking with some items either not available or not put out with the rest of the food, like maple syrup). Also the toaster didn't work properly and when we trued toasting bread, it never came out of the chute in the back! A worker looked at it for us. Other than that it was great!”

“The hotel had warned us that they were having renovations so we knew in advance that some areas would be affected. It was well managed. Decent fitness centre (although some equipment needs repair). As there are no changing rooms at the pool, a dressing gown in the room would have been nice. Very good dinner. Very helpful staff. ”

“Location was convenient. My family and I stayed there for a graduation at University of Buffalo.The hotel was busy I guess for that time of the year. Overall clean, staff was welcoming and courteous. Would stay there again. ”
