“At first glance I was impressed with the front desk staff, they were friendly and accommodating. It was very clean. Things changed when our room never got any service, we had to make our own bed and go and get our own set of clean towels. The cleaning staff we passed in the hallway was not friendly. Breakfast was mediocre. We ended up eating out. I never stayed in a hotel and the bed never got made. ”

“机场shuttle过去只要5分钟，但步行非常不方便。我们每次想去downtown只能电话约shuttle来接至机场然后乘metro过去。一般情况下shuttle都会比较快，只有一次可能在外面，要求我们等待一个小时，所以还是有些不方便的。”
