“I didn't arrive to the property until after 8pm. Being able to park in the tiny driveway was nice. The instructions were very clear, which was a plus. Once inside everything was as it appears in the photos. Note that check-in time is an hour later and check-out is an hour earlier than most places. My only real issue was that I was charged for the full rate at booking, and two days before my arrival a pre-authorization hold for more than the rental fees was made as well.”

“Very nice property that’s conveniently located a few steps away from the best spots in Alameda! In less than a minute you could be eating a magnificent burger from Scolaris or enjoying an espresso from Highwire. “Perfect studio for visiting Alameda. Very close to Park street so you can walk to cafes and restaurants easily. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and felt very cozy and welcoming. Hosts were totally accommodating without being overbearing. Their onboarding/arrival guides are somehow on the level of major modern hotel chains and provides all any any information you might need. 10/10, would stay again! ”
