“The location of the apartment was good for our trip purpose making it quick to get there to/from LAX. The apartment layout was great, although the living room furniture for 4 adults was not very comfortable. The check in/out process was not at all easy or convenient.”

“Location was quiet and in a beautiful neighborhood. Very comfortable bed, hot tub was such a special treat as the evenings are chilly. Steve and Cooper are the most welcoming owners!!! Would definitely stay again.”

Some noise from the Nextdoor karaoke bar one night - bring some earplugs. We didn’t go into the karaoke bar but reviews say it’s a great little place. Manager was great with communication. “Wunderbare Unterkunft im Grünen mit einer. fantastischen Gastgeberin Meine Frau und ich haben 2 Wochen in Monika‘s Cottage genossen. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt eingerichtet. Neben einer kleinen Küche war es uns auch möglich eine Waschmaschine und Trockner zu nutzen. Wir haben uns jeden morgen ein lecker Frühstück zubereitet. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und sehr gute Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Strände Marina del Rey, Venice Beach und Santa Monica sind alle in weniger als 20min……

“Great stay. The field crew for our job site we have in Santa Monica said it was convenient for them. ”

“This apartment is fantastic! It’s so spacious and loved the balcony.. you could see the Hollywood sign from it! Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. It was very easy check in and great location.
