“The Palazzo Doglio is a very elegant hotel situated within a modern plaza complex. This grand building has been renovated to a very high standard including at least four restaurants all offering Al fresco dining. It was a little haven to return to after a hot day of sightseeing around Cagliari. The staff were really friendly, readily providing information about the city and beautiful beaches of Sardinia. “Calixa is in an excellent location, and Giacomo was so helpful to deal with. I loved the neighborhood, which was convenient in so many ways. If I were to change anything about this experience, it would have not been the rental itself—which was great—but rather the difficulty of dealing with Orbitz/Expedia with a minor issue that they could easily have solved with a little good will. Unfortunately, they did little to help.”

“Sehr gute Lage. Sehr nah an der Bushaltestelle in Richtung Spiagga Poetto und 15 Min zu Fuß bis im Zentrum von Cagliari. Die Kommunikation zum Gastgeber war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. TV, Minikühlschrank, Klimaanlage, Kleiderschrank etc. 100% weiterempfehlen.”

“The staff were fantastic particularly Stefano and Alaria. Nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely helpful. They helped work out the bus to catch to the beach and gave other suggestions for things to do. The location of this boutique hotel is excellent particularly in relation to the Old Town, dining and also shopping. There is a supermarket(s) close by. Also allowed us to keep our hire car in their garage a little longer after check out as we had a later flight. The breakfast was……
