“Staff was extremely helpful and friendly... We arrived early and forgot to request an early check in... Staff quickly took care of us and we were in our room despite my error. Thank you staff. “The hotel is in a lovely building which retains the historic feel unlike some conversions. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bar was a beautiful room and they produced excellent cocktails. We did not use the restaurant, preferring to wander around Trieste and eat out, which offered plenty of choice. Good place to base yourself for a few days in Trieste, with buses to Miramar and around close.”

“We loved our fabulous apartment and were sorry we could only stay one night. When we arrived by train, it was easy to walk to the hotel. It was also very simple to walk to the cruise terminal the next day. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. An excellent choice for anyone starting or finishing a cruise, but also worth a longer stay.”
