“We had a wonderful stay in this nice house. It was bright, clean and had everything we needed. The weather was perfect. We loved the decks with the ocean view and enjoyed the rocking chairs. The only suggestion for improvement would be to put blinds on the window in the master bathroom for some privacy and in the kitchen to keep the hot sunshine out. We’d definitely stay here again. ”

“My family of 12 ages ranging from 8 to 64 had a lovely Thanksgiving. We were able to cook a full dinner. We all sat around a large table. after dinner stroll the beach in the moonlight, and play games. This was enough room for everybody to be very comfortable, spacious different games and conversations were held. No one was bundled up over each other, the water temperature was great. “Great location on the beach and easy to get to. Very nice interior, and fully furnished for guests -- even storage containers and lots of pots and pans. And even noticed highchair and portable crib. Not needed for us, but nice to see them there. Kitchen easy to work in and plenty of room for others to hang around. All the bedrooms very comfortable. We stayed on top floor and appreciated having the entire floor including bathroom for ourselves -- in winter it was very comfortable, not too……

“This was a beautiful home for the 4 of us to stay in. It was cozy and relaxing with a beautiful view of the Sound. We would definitely recommend it and look fire to coming back in the near future. Only downfall is not having everything provided so that meant more packing for our long trip, BUT not worth losing a star over.. I clean houses and air b&bs for a living so comparing to what I’ve seen, this nice little cottage is a perfect get away for any family if any size. I would have stayed longer……

“Jean was the perfect host and communication was prompt and thorough. The location of her place in EI is perfect. The view of the ocean to watch the sunrise from the deck was a bonus. Beach access was convenient. It was nice to have the elevators in addition to stairs and to be close to so many good places for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, and grocery shopping. The home was very clean with an updated remodel. This is a great place to escape that offers the comforts of home. ”
