“我人比較保守，可能這種新潮酒店不太適合我。登記入住時候前台服務員感覺給我太隨意，講話方式讓人感覺輕佻，沒有把我當成客人看待。浴室洗澡地台洗澡時候會漏水到浴室其他地方。酒店大堂播放的音樂太大聲。入住期間早上有服務員搞錯房間，說收到要求要來拿行李到大堂，但對方知道搞錯後並沒有道歉，只是草草笑了一下便離開。總的來說酒店的服務員，包括前台，都沒有預期的禮貌和服務態度。”

“The resort is best for families. The water park is the star facility. My family enjoys the water park very much. There are other kids facilities which makes the resort to be the best for kids resort, according to my kids comments. On the other hands, it is close to Gold Coast Light Rail, which makes it very accessible to other GC locations. There is a bus stop just out side the main entrance for Sea World. If you do not drive and take public transport, it is very accessible.”

“房內傢俱很舊，只返新了廁所，整體感覺一般，千多元一晚好像不值，車庫很 污糟，但地點是方便的！”

“The staff were excellent making the check in/out a very smooth and quick process. They went out of their way to assist me. The facilities were well above the current rating. Room and amenities were very good, Pool an excellent way to start and finish a day. Carpark space big enough for our large vehicle. Will visit and stay here again in the future. I recommend that people looking at this place for accommodation go past all the negative reviews and decide for themselves, you will be pleasently……

“Stayed in the One Bedroom Skyline Hinterland Residence, had nice view, and we bought some seafood and cooked them in the room. The only blemish would be the study room, it’s quite useless.”

“Outstanding, modest little gem: great value for money; comfortable; very clean and recently updated; our room was quiet and secure; air con worked well; well-appointed for a one or 2 night stay with bar fridge, crockery / cutlery / glassware / bottled water / little treats / tea, coffee and milk / toaster / microwave; very friendly staff on check-in; great wi-fi; free on-site parking. Honestly, leaves other motels to shame - THIS is how it's done ! Would highly recommend. Thank you ”
