“We had a reservation at the Best Western Saluki in Carbondale and the property was FILTHY. I was so relieved when a room opened up at the Drury, this was our third stay here. The hotel was so clean and has lovely amenities, including breakfast and the evening happy hour, great snack options, and more. We were in town for my father-in-law's funeral and my husband couldn't tie his tie due to his disability; one of the gentlemen at the front desk helped us as we were headed to the church, I was so……

“Very nice”

“We really liked the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed and pillows. It had a nice shower with plenty of water and water pressure. It was very near to an assortment of fast food places to eat and they had a very good breakfast the next morning.”

“Clean, comfortable and staff very friendly. Room a/c didn't get the room as cold as I like, but that was because the bed was almost against it. Plenty of choices for breafast. Only downfall was having to get our own replacement towels.”

“Nice room. Clean and great price. Stayed 2 nights with my dog. Easy check in. Great location as well. No bed bugs or any other issues. ”

“The toilet stool had a crack in the side, and it had a bolt missing on the bottom. When you moved on it it would tilt. The hair dryer outlet had a big crack, and it looked like it had been smoking. The outlet was not GFCI (dangerous). The air conditioning system did not work properly. The trash outside of the building was not emptied for the 5 days we were there. There were weeds all around the outside of the building. The coffee was good.”

“Gray Plaza Motel was a nice place to stay, prices were reasonable, rooms were clean and comfortable. i would stay yjere again.”
