“The staff was warm and friendly. The room was really nice - clean and comfortable. I had no issues - I even arrived early before 3 pm check-in and got a room, no issues! It was my first time visiting the US and staying in a hotel, and it was actually a good experience and definitely value for the money. I would definitely do this again.”
“We didn’t get the house we originally paid for, the house stunk , had a spiral staircase, one of the doors didn’t lock, the bedrooms only had a lamp, also the electrical outlets were a little scary. The downstairs bathroom did not have a doorknob.We stayed here only because this was the second time of a rental company switching houses on us in this area. Not a pleasant experience during Christmas break.”
“Overall it was pretty good, although I didn't expect them to start replacing the elevator, but luckily the staff helped me get the 4 suitcases down from upstairs.”
