“The room and property were well-kept for a basic stay. It took literally 20 minutes to get hot water in the room. I was amazed that they still use physical keys. They also make you sign a waiver saying if you lose your key or soil any of the linens, you have to pay a $150 fee. I was worth the price we paid though, we didn't have any issues.”

“everything is very clean, as you would hope/expect for such a new property. but little details in the workmanship show. previous stay, the toilet was not properly bolted to the floor (allowing it to "rock" in place) this time, the elec.outlet did not work in the bathroom; the hot and cold were reversed in the shower (nbd, but they should at least notify guests at check in); and, although the mattress was comfortable, the bed frame itself was flimsy and noisy. nothing worth asking for a……

“We didn’t get the house we originally paid for, the house stunk , had a spiral staircase, one of the doors didn’t lock, the bedrooms only had a lamp, also the electrical outlets were a little scary. The downstairs bathroom did not have a doorknob.We stayed here only because this was the second time of a rental company switching houses on us in this area. Not a pleasant experience during Christmas break.”

“This is our stay-cation hotel. We love it. It's a beautifully run hotel with great staff, well appointed rooms and great bartenders. We live 40 mins away and still stay here at least 3/4 times a year. ”
