“We love this place! It is very convenient for walking to anywhere you want to go in Inverness! And easy to get to from Tampa. Very clean, quiet and all the staff are very helpful and nice. Highly recommend Woodspring Suites.”

“The room and property were well-kept for a basic stay. It took literally 20 minutes to get hot water in the room. I was amazed that they still use physical keys. They also make you sign a waiver saying if you lose your key or soil any of the linens, you have to pay a $150 fee. I was worth the price we paid though, we didn't have any issues.”

“We didn’t get the house we originally paid for, the house stunk , had a spiral staircase, one of the doors didn’t lock, the bedrooms only had a lamp, also the electrical outlets were a little scary. The downstairs bathroom did not have a doorknob.We stayed here only because this was the second time of a rental company switching houses on us in this area. Not a pleasant experience during Christmas break.”
