“Lobby was BEAUTIFUL.. But rooms were ok... not horrible; they were good... average I guess. What I didnt like is that this hotel advertises that it's NOT pet-friendly, which was a plus for me due to allergies and plus I think it's nasty to have dogs in hotel rooms... cleaning doesnt always get all of the excrement or just the odors of the pets. Yet, people are walking in or carrying their dogs and staff didnt seem to mind. I get it that these ddays people call them 'service' animals, but I……

“We enjoyed our 1-night stay at The Plantation Resort. Staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was relaxing and the bar Manager, Shelly, poured delicious margaritas! Shelly was super sweet. We loved swimming with the manatees in Crystal River and we hope the staff is safe from the recent hurricane. This is an older property, but our room and bathroom was clean, had a mini-fridge, and we ate a delicious breakfast the next day on property. ”

“The house was beautiful with an expanded lanai and private pool in which we felt we were in our own little paradise inside The Villages paradise. We had lived in The Villages before and were able to have our friends over for a great get together with plenty of room. The expanded lanai and exterior grill allow for continuous outdoor living during your stay. Can't miss with this house. You'll love it.”

“Booked a D&J Properties reservation through Hotels.com for a trip in April. A few days before my stay, I received a message directly to me (not on Hotels.com) that the location is not available. After many texts, they sent me credit since the new location was inferior. They sent a screenshot of the reservation. I had no way to verify, access or confirm that reservation. “We had an excellent stay and couldn't have been happier. The house was very clean and very well appointed. The owner was so friendly with excellent communication. He was also very flexible with us, as we were evacuating our beach town for Hurricane Milton. So many things were up in the air, and this was a wonderful place to ride out the storm.
